The truth is outside of a hospital or clinic, Health Practitioners just don’t wear white coats.

It is my view that a white coat is a symbol of authority.

I believe that you are the authority on your health, I just have the expertise and knowledge to help you discover it.  My practice is built around you, your story, and your health journey.

I am a Chartered Psychologist with a Doctorate in Psychology, as well a Master’s Degree in Psychology and Health. I am a Board Certified Health practitioner in Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, I also have diplomas in Nutrition and Environmental medicine.

My training is in Integrative Health, which means I approach your health condition from a holistic perspective, drawing on many scientific and theoretical approaches to get to the root cause.

I have had many years experience working with clients to help them regain a healthier life and develop the skills to maintain their health and wellbeing.

All of this expertise does not make me the expert on you or your health though, that expert is YOU..

My aim is to provide you with the support, experience, and guidance necessary to help you achieve your absolute best mental and physical shape. You are unique, your needs are unique, and your experience with me will be unique.

I am committed to working with you to investigate your needs and goals from a broader, more comprehensive perspective.  I will give you time, empathy and science-based strategies personalized to your needs.

In that case, I am happy to create a package that is specific to your needs.  For example, you may wish to have TWO consultations per week, or daily follow-ups.  That is no problem!  Together we will develop a package that is best suited to your needs.

The 45-minute consultation OR one hour email consultation with Dr. Jenny includes:

Frequently Asked Questions

Absolutely.  Brain fog and/or lack of focus can be caused by many different things, such as a virus, diet, nutritional deficiencies, emotional issues and more.  Once we have figured out the root cause, we can improve your situation.

Weight loss/gain can be caused by many different factors.  it could be WHAT you eat, WHEN you eat, WHERE you eat and even WHY you eat.  Poor digestion/absorption or elimination can be contributing factors, as can emotional health and nutritional deficiencies. One thing is for sure though – dieting WILL NOT fix this.  Let me help you figure out what is causing you issue, and then show you what you can do to resolve it.

Possibly.  But there are things such as diet (food allergies), viruses, parasites and other health issues that could be involved.  There are also other lifestyle factors that must be considered.  I have helped MANY clients regain strength and energy.

No.  It can be very dangerous to stop taking medication suddenly.  If you would like to wean yourself off of medication, please consult with your doctor and work out a plan.

There are also other measures you can take to improve your sleep and reduce your depression.  I would be happy to help you with that.

Exercise can take many forms – the key to success is that you must enjoy (or learn to enjoy) the exercise you choose.  There are some surprisingly easy ways to get the exercise we need without feeling overwhelmed.  I can help you with that.
